A gifted Intuitive, Energetic and Emotion Healer, Kelly-Mae uses a combination of tools while working with and on her clients. Depending on what shows up, she is intuitively shown where on the body the energy healing is needed; it could be for an emotional release, emotional cleansing and/or energetic balancing. Some people feel emotions arise [like crying], some feeling physical tingles, warmth or chills, and some just feel lighter and calmer when finished. However it shows up; it is what is meant for you.
Each session may involve energy work, meditation, talking, painting, drawing or even movement or dance. Depending on what the body needs, the session can range from 20 to 60 mins.

Yohanna has worked in the healing arts for over 10 years. A certified Medical Exercise Specialist and Intuitive Energy Healing Massage Practitioner, Yohanna uses a holistic approach to bridge the gap between the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves that are out of alignment, supporting these systems back into balance and harmony.
Energy can get trapped in the body from thoughts, traumatic events, limiting beliefs and more. We don’t need to know where, when or how it got there, to remove it. Clearing and shifting energy is the fastest way to heal. I am intuitively and divinely guided to where on the body the clearing and healing is needed most. Healing is done on all levels using a combination of modalities. It can be done in person [hands on] or remotely.
